It is all doubles

(poem 4 of 32)

It is all doubles.
Here too the want is prevailing
Part of myself goes far from me
All becomes an abstract idea of nothing
For I have no part in this

My heart yearns. It does hurt.
A thin moon begins to rise (how splendid is the night outside the cell)
And I all alone am filled with its wealth ---
